Club Rules

  1. By becoming a member, the player and parent/guardian acting on their behalf agrees to abide by the rules of the club and competitions that the club selects to participate in.
  2. All players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf have a responsibility to pay Membership Contributions and Other Fees due as and when requested and to attend to correspondence as soon as possible.
  3. Players and parent/guardians acting on their behalf must respect the Team Manager and abide by their decisions.
  4. In the event of being unable to play in any game for whatever reason, the Manager concerned must be notified at the earliest possible opportunity. Failure to do so may mean the player is not selected for future games.
  5. If a player is unfit to play or participate, the appropriate Manager must be notified immediately. All and any new sickness, injury, disability or infirmity must immediately be notified and approval must be obtained before being allowed to continue.
  6. Players and parents/guardian acting on their behalf should not assume that a game or training session has been cancelled, particularly in the event of bad weather and should always check with their Manager first.
  7. All players are expected to attend training. If a player is unable, the Manager must be advised and agree accordingly.
  8. Players are expected to attend punctually as and when requested for both training sessions and matches.
  9. Players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf will be required to reimburse the club for any playing infringement fines and fees incurred on demand and without delay.
  10. All players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf accept that the kit supplied is solely owned by HMH JYC and that it will be returned to The Club as and when requested. A charge may be made for items that need to be replaced.
  11. Players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf should ensure that they are fully equipped at all times and that shin pads must be worn at all times.
  12. No jewellery of any kind may be worn whilst training or playing in matches.
  13. Any valuables or items of personal clothing brought to training sessions or games will be the responsibility of the player and parent/guardian acting on their behalf. The club WILL NOT be held responsible for any damage or loss or be obliged to safeguard any items.
  14. The Club will not tolerate foul and or abusive language or violent conduct of any kind and expects everyone connected with and/or representing the club including but not limited to players, parents and supporters to conduct themselves in a satisfactory and sportsmanlike manner.
  15. Players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf are expected to respect their opponents and their supporters. Support and encourage their team mates at all times. Respect decisions made by Referees and Assistant Referees. Respect all others regardless of gender, colour, marital status, race, nationality religion, sexuality or disability.
  16. Players and parent/guardians acting on their behalf should respect their playing environment, leave changing rooms as they would like to find them and clear up litter from the pitch side.
  17. Players and parent/guardian acting on their behalf accept their responsibilities to the The Club. Any behaviour that is considered unacceptable by anyone may result in disciplinary measures. Players and parent/guardians acting on their behalf should always set a good example and remember that they represent HMH JYC at all times.
  18. Players should wear their Club colours with pride.
