We caught up with Alex Moss of the HMH mens 1st team, following a extraordinary 2024-25 season to reflect on what it means to make history, lift every trophy on offer, and secure a place among the greatest sides in Jewish football…
“It’s an unbelievable achievement and one that will be etched in the history books. We always enjoy reading the list of names on the trophies dating back to the 1950s and for us, to have gone and won each and every one of them puts us right up there with the best Jewish football teams in this country’s history. Everyone involved this season should be so proud.
It’s important to recognise all the hard work that HMH JYC as a club do for all of their teams. The incredible work from the staff, parents and players has helped this club grow and under the stewardship of Avi Goldberg can go on to achieve great things in the community. This HMH team will forever be the first team to win a quadruple and we just hope the league continues to thrive in years to come.”
